| Orders received before 8am
- Orders received and paid for before 8am on a working day (Monday through Friday) are usually despatched the same day.
- Orders received and paid for after 8am on a working day (Monday through Friday) are usually despatched the next working day.
- Orders received and paid for during the weekend are usually despatched the next working day i.e. Monday unless this is a Bank Holiday in which case the order will be despatched on the Tuesday.

| Shipping Methods - UK For UK orders, you can choose from 1st or 2nd class Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or, for more security, "Special Delivery Next Day"
- 1st class recorded delivery is available for order weights up to 2kg
- 2nd class recorded delivery is available for order weights up to 1kg.
- We keep the receipt as proof of posting and Royal Mail will require a signature on delivery
- If you are not in they will leave a card and will hold the package at the local sorting office for a number of days for you to collect.
- For more security you can use "Special Delivery Next Day" which guarantees delivery before 1.00pm next day
- You are covered for loss or damage in transit of up to £34 per package (not per item)

| Shipping Methods - Europe For orders outside of the UK, we only send via "Royal Mail International Signed For via Airmail " or "Royal Mail Airsure" Unfortunately we do not send orders via airmail or any other un-tracked method as in the unlikely event of a PayPal chargeback we need to be able to provide a tracking number to prove despatch.
- International Signed For via Airmail - All mail will be registered (Signed For) at the destination address and is covered for up to £34.00 per order (not per item) for loss or damage in transit.
- AirSure - the safest, fastest and most reliable service to use. Airsure provides priority handling both in the UK and mainland Europe, with quick despatch on the next available flight to its destination, and electronic tracking and confirmation of delivery.
- For Signed For and AirSure, for an additional £1.50 you can get further compensation of up to £500 (depending on which country you are in) in the unlikely event that your order is lost or damaged en route.
