Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept payments by all major debit and credit cards via PayPal so you are assured you will never be asked to enter any financial information on this website.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling We charge shipping based on the weight of orders. See panel at top right hand corner of each page that gives the UK shipping charge for 1, 2 and 3 pairs of eyewear. For shipping of larger orders or for orders outside of the UK please see the Delivery Information page.

Delivery Schedule We currently only deliver to UK and Europe.
Orders are despatched within 3 working days of receiving cleared payment, sometimes within 1 day.
If delivery is likely to take longer than this, we will advise you by email and you will have the option to cancel and receive a full refund.
If you need an item by a particular date please tell us when you place the order - there is a notes section on the order form.

Non-Receipt of Order - If your goods do not arrive within 30 days of your order being accepted, please email us within 40 days and you can opt for a full refund or replacement.

Items Damaged in Transit - If your order arrives damaged please retain all packaging materials and contact us by email within 2 workings days of receipt quoting your order number.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Credit Card Security Payment is accepted by all major credit and debit cards via PayPal so you are assured that you will never be asked to enter any financial information on this site.

Guarantee Our sunglasses are excellent quality relative to the recommended retail price. They are well-constructed and look good, whether it be for fashion or sports. You CAN buy sunglasses cheaper - have a look at the inferior-quality products offered by some of our competitors - but do you really want to?

We purchase stock from quality-focused manufacturers and additionally check each pair of sunglasses as they are packed. However, with the volumes we ship, a few minor defects such as scratches and missing screws will inevitably get through. Please rest assured that if you receive any sunglasses that are not in a satisfactory condition, you will be able to return them for a replacement or refund - see our warranty section below.

All our sunglasses are guaranteed to absorb more than 99% of harmful UVA & UVB rays. They meet ANZI Z80.3 high UV protection standards and have been proven and recommended in accordance with the latest guidelines. They reduce infrared rays and filter colour while maintaining high levels of visible contrast. They have passed the FDA requirements for impact resistant lenses. They are lightweight, comfortable, durable and reduce glare. As a result, they are almost unbreakable under normal use.

Returns Policy We operate a no-quibble returns policy. If you are not happy with a product you may return it within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, less the original delivery charge, providing of course that the item hasn't been used, is still as new and is complete with all labels, accessories and original packaging.

** IMPORTANT ** Please contact us for a RMA and the returns address before returning any item/s.
Returns without a RMA number clearly shown on the outside of the packaging will not be accepted.
Also, as we have several warehouses, you will need to know which one to return the item to.
Returns sent to the office will not be accepted under any circumstances - All returns must go to the relevant warehouse details of which will be advised with the returns number.
